Open Question: Whats the name of this restaurant in Fells Point, Md?

I went to a diner in Fells Point (in Baltimore, MD) a few weeks ago. They had the most amazing cream of chipped beef and potatoes and I can't remember what it's called. I think it had the word Moon in it. All the seats are stools connected to a counter (like a bar seat). Does anyone know what it's called??... read more
